Al-Najdeh Social Association for the Development of Palestinian Women was founded in 2004, marking a significant step in meeting women’s legal and social needs in partnership with other specialized civil society organizations working to empower Palestinian women. As a leading women’s organization, we seek to promote and enhance women’s participation in decision-making positions, in order to advance Palestinian laws and legislation that limit violence against women, ensure their protection, and strengthen their role on the basis of partnership at the family and community levels. Al-Najdeh Social Association for the Development of Palestinian Women implements its programs and activities through six branches: the main office in Ramallah, as well as branches in Hebron, Salfit, Qalqilya, Jenin, and Tulkarm.
